Lage
Die Gemeinde Sailly-lez-Cambrai liegt vier Kilometer nordwestlich von Cambrai. Sie grenzt im Nordosten an Sancourt, im Südosten, Süden und Südwesten an Raillencourt-Sainte-Olle sowie im Nordwesten an Haynecourt.
