Geografie
Parville liegt etwa drei Kilometer nordwestlich des Stadtzentrums von Évreux. Umgeben wird Parville von den Nachbargemeinden Gauville-la-Campagne im Norden, Évreux im Osten und Südosten, Saint-Sébastien-de-Morsent im Süden sowie Caugé im Westen.
