Geographie
Mons liegt etwa dreißig Kilometer nordnordwestlich von Angoulême. Umgeben wird Mons von den Nachbargemeinden Oradour im Norden, Aigre im Nordosten, Marcillac-Lanville im Osten und Südosten, Gourville im Süden, Val-d’Auge im Süden und Südwesten sowie Verdille im Westen.
