Sibinda (auch Sibbinda) ist ein Wahlkreis in der Region Sambesi in Namibia. Verwaltungssitz ist die gleichnamige Ortschaft Sibinda. Der Kreis hat 11.112 Einwohner (Stand 2011).[1]
