Saint-Paul-lès-Durance ist die östlichste Gemeinde des Départements Bouches-du-Rhône. Sie liegt am linken Ufer der Durance, ihr Zufluss Abéou durchquert das Ortsgebiet. Auf dem Gemeindegebiet liegt das Kernforschungszentrum Centre de Cadarache.
