Francillon liegt etwa 19 Kilometer nordnordwestlich von Châteauroux. Umgeben wird Francillon von den Nachbargemeinden Levroux im Norden und Osten, Villegongis im Süden und Südosten, Saint-Lactencin im Süden und Südwesten, Argy im Westen sowie Saint-Pierre-de-Lamps im Nordwesten.
