Leben
Jonathan Honorez turnte für den Verein Société de Gymnastique La Patriote aus Croix. Bei den Olympischen Sommerspielen 1900 in Paris belegte er in dem als „Championnat International de Gymnastique“ bezeichneten Einzelmehrkampf den 43. Platz.
