Eine ganzrationale Funktion ist eine Funktion der Form $a_{1}\cdot x^{n}+a_{2}\cdot x^{n-1}+a_{3}\cdot x^{n-2}+...+a_{n-2}\cdot x^{2}+a_{n-1}\cdot x+a_{n},a_{n}\in \mathbb {R} ,n\in \mathbb {N}$

Beispiel

$f(x)=3x^{2}$ erfüllt die oben angegebene Definition: Sie lässt sich nämlich folgendermaßen schreiben: $3\cdot x^{2}+0\cdot x+0$
